We have always been fans of saying "there is so much room for improvement," but this site operates on a strict principle: Limits make life interesting.
The Joke: We are not building a space programme. We aren't even trying to leave the atmosphere.
Instead, we are here to explore what happens when you run out of time, memory, and bandwidth. If your computer runs out of storage space, that's a crisis! That is exactly why this site exists.
Inspiration
There is something beautiful about constraints. Without limits, there is no urgency. Without a ceiling, no motivation to reach further. We take pride in doing more with less—less processing power, less bandwidth, and certainly fewer resources available to make this page load faster than it should!
